Returns
Can I return a product once the item is open?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns on open and used items. The return or exchange request has to be made within 14 days of delivery of the order. To ask for a return, please contact our customer service.
How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.
Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange or credit will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return.
Are returns free?
To return an item, please contact customer service to obtain a return address. After receiving the address, place the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy or your order invoice.
Your return shipment is free of charge in some cases. If you return an item and the reason for return isn't a result of dimensionaldeals.com error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping
How long does shipping take on most items?
Most items are going to arrive between 8-15 days after you purchased the item from our online store. Sometimes during holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas there may be a 2-3 day delay in processing times due to the amount retail the warehouses deal with during the busier times of the year.
I've received one of my packages from the order but I have not yet received my other packages?
If you have purchased multiple products from our online store, they may arrive at different times or in seperate packages. Our products are stored and fulfilled from many different storage sites in the United States and China. In the case that you received part of your shipment and are wondering where the rest is, please check the tracking numbers sent to you through your email to check the arrival time of any other packages.
How can I track my package?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email which will include information about tracking once the order ships.
Orders
How do I cancel and order?
We are only able to cancel orders within the first 12 hours after the order is placed. After that the order has most likely been processed and is preparing for shipment or has been shipped. Once this takes effect, it's out of our hands. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on prompt service and this includes getting your orders out as fast as possible.
When will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 working days of purchase.
